Animal Crossing: City Folk questions?

ok ive got a couple of questions about animal crossing city folk
1. every new month i go to gracie grace but the stuff in there NEVER changes will it ever change
2. wat season do sharks cum cuz thats the only fish i hav left in my fishing journal thing and i really want a golden fishing rod
3. wat season do the terantula and scorpian cum out 2 there the only bugs left 2
4. wen does the fountain cum and if it doesnt just randomly cum 2 ur town 1 day how do i get it bcuz i keep paying Pelly at the post office for a town fund but i dont want 2 keep doing tht if thts not how u get the fountain
5. wen ever i plant cocunuts the tree never fully grows it only gets 2 the size of wen u first planted it and then a couple days l8r it totally disappers
sorry theres alot 2 read but i really need help ive been playing since 2008 christmas!!!!!!! u dont hav 2 answer all of the questions but it wood really help if u did!!!!!! i dont mind reading alot either i lik 2 read bye!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Gracie’s items change with every season:
Princess series: Feb 1st-April 30
Gracie Series: May 1st-July 31
Sweet Series: Aug 1st-Oct 31
Gorgeous Series: Nov 1st-Jan 31
All clothing, accessories and umbrellas are also seasonal, following the same schedule. During the last month of each season all prices will get clearance discounts based on the date:
20% off: Starts the 15th of the last month.
30% off: Starts the 21st of the last month.
50% off: Starts the 26th of the last month

2. Sharks are found in the ocean from June-Sept between 4pm and 9am. It is a rare fish. The shadow will be huge with a fin.

3. Scorpions are a rare bug found on the ground in July-Sept from 7pm-4am. They are not available in towns with an open gate.
Tarantula are also rare and are available June-Aug from 7pm-4am and are also not available in towns with an open gate.

4. Town upgrades are as follows:
Bridge: 200,000 bells
Fountain: 400,000 bells
Windmill or Lighthouse: 1,000,000 bells
It is easier if you deposit the bells into your bank account first until you reach the amount needed to donate. This way you can keep track of your total. If you just randomly donate, you can easily loose track of how much you have given.

5. Coconuts need to be burried on the bottom row of your town near the beach or they will not grow. They can be half on the sand/half on grass or completely on the grass, but not totally on the sand or else it wont grow.
