Breakfast dish for staff Christmas Party?

I need an easy recipe for a breakfast meal/dish.
This is for a staff Christmas party.
About 10-15 to attend.

I’m the ‘new girl’ at work and I want to impress everyone with a fantastic dish! I want a reaction like: “Wow! This is SO good! Who did this?…The new girl? Who’s the new girl? Oh her? I must go and find out more about her so I can stop calling her the new girl!”

Any help???

Breakfast casserole… I’ll give you the recipe that I’ve used in the past. I never come home with any leftovers. It’s very good and easy. (If you don’t like sausage you can always use ham or bacon).

1 lb. ground pork breakfast sausage
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 lbs. tater tots

Preheat oven to 350

Place sausage in a large, deep dish skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and spread evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Spread cheese over sausage.

In large bowl, beat together milk and eggs. Pour over cheese. (May be refrigerated overnight at this point)

Top with tater tots.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 – 45 minutes. Cool for 5 – 10 minutes before serving.
