Far Cry 2 MMO Play or COD: WAW MMO Play for Xbox 360?

Which one do you think will be better overall?.. I’m getting a 360 for the first time this Christmas (sold my PS3 on eBay finally), and I can only get one game since I’m getting a ton of other expensive items. I talk to my friends which all have 360s and they are baffled by this question.. One of my friends is like a die hard Gears fan, but I haven’t played the first Gears through yet so that wasn’t an option..

I’d Say Far Cry 2, 50km of open savana and objectives. shoudl be pretty fun ( and it has a map editor too, which looks cool)
Not sure what the MP is on Far Cry 2 though, jsut standard deathmatch i think.
