Why have my new LED Christmas lights gone out?

We just bought 12 (70strand) Noma Icicle LED lights 2 weeks ago and they have worked fine until tonight. Now only about 3 or 4 strands are working and the rest are all out. My husband got a ladder and went up and looked and could find nothing wrong. He wiggled the plugs and they did not come back on. What could be wrong?

I would have to agree with the others, however, as one person said, “as long as you apply the right amount of voltage”. My experience, LEDs are paticular with voltage as well as how many strands are plugged together. Various boxes say “do not plug more than 2 [sometimes 4] of these together”. Check that.
