ways to not get sick?

im pregnant and im sick all the time. dr gave me a script for some pills but im on vacation and have run out. no one around here takes my insurance so i cant get anymore till i return from my vacation which isn’t till after christmas. ive tried several things to not get sick but im still getting sick. does anyone know of anything that can help me out? thanks
i also have the bands and wear them all the time they don’t help very much. also i avoid everything that i think makes me feel sick such as smells and certain food but it doesn’t help.

Try to avoid triggers that make you feel sick. Ginger is very good for nausea. I wore travel sickness bands that press on pressure points on the wrists and they really helped me.
