and I’m using right now because I just got my braces off. However, I’m supposed to wear my retainer all the time. Will it be alright if I leave it out for 30-60 mins a day in order to do the teeth bleaching?
Haha…No, I do not eat with my retainers in. But still, I don’t take them out for half an hour to eat…only like 10 mins max.

Yes you are fine to bleach without your retainers in. Your teeth won’t move that fast. Most bleach trays are similiar to retainers anyways
