I need a cheesecake recipe for Saturday?

I had a wonderful recipe for pineapple cheesecake and it was always big hit. Now I can’t find it. It was in my recipe box, which I can’t find either. I have 5 of them. We are having a Christmas party with only my sisters. It’s a tradition we’ve been doing it for many years. This year I was asked to make, and I quote, “Your yummy pineapple cheesecake.” Of course I said yes. This is going to be a very special party because those of you who know of my sister Dianne, you know she’s terminal. We are having it at her house because she is wheelchair bound. We’re doing all the work and she loves my cheesecake. So please, can any of you give me a recipe for it. I went on line and couldn’t find anything that resembled what I make. My recipe books don’t have it either. So I’m counting on you. Please help me make my sister happy. Thank you so much. The party is Sunday.

Ingredients:
•1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
•2 tablespoons melted butter
•1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
•1/2 cup sifted confectioners’ sugar
•1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
•16 ounces whipped topping
Preparation:
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, reserving 2 tablespoons; press into the bottom of an 8 to 9-inch springform pan; chill. Whip cream cheese with confectioners’ sugar until fluffy; stir in pineapple. Fold whipped topping into the pineapple mixture; spread over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs; chill thoroughly.
Makes 8 servings.

Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
2 (15 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 3/4 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar together. Stir in 1 can of pineapple and whipped topping to cream cheese mixture. Mix until smooth.
Pour mixture into crust and top with other can of pineapple. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
