i’m 22w&2d pregnant and going to a christmas party tonight, am i allowed to have one glass of wine?

i never drink but some people tell me it’s ok to have a small amount. is one wine to much?

and no i’m not addicted to drinking like i said i DONT drink but someone said to me that it was ok to have the odd drink that’s WHY i asked for opinions NOT to be judged. I’m happy to just have orange juice. I hate judgemental people.

You are aloud to do wat you want and i have heard that if it is one glass thats fine, and my doc told me she drank a small glass of beer every mornig while preg cos it can actually be good. if your tipsy your baby will be passed out, if you want to have a glass of red i think u will be ok, i know many ppl that drank through out there preg and i dont think they were doing the right thing as they would have cougar, bacardi and things like that, which u should not have, but i have met alot of nurses midwive etc that did drink one glass of wine here or there through pregnancy. i am 34 weeks and havent touched a glass of alcohol, but i have had alot of mis fortunate pregs so i didnt want to risk nothing but im sure it will be fine. if you are worried call a nurse on call and ask for some advice without being judged because seems 2 me u are being judged on here for being honest.
