what is a good cookie recipe for a cookie party?

my mum and her friends are having a christmas cookie party and we are each making a different cookie. It can’t be chocolate chip or oatmeal, it has to be unique, i don’t know any uninque cookies so I hope someone would give me an idea. thanx

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 cups (250 g ) white sugar
3/4 cup (170 g) butter, softened
1/2 cup (120 ml ) eggnog
1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon (3 g) ground nutmeg
2 1/4 cups (280 g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon (5 g) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon (1 g) ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

2. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.

3. Cream sugar and butter until light. Add eggnog, vanilla, and egg yolks; beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth. Add flour mixture and beat at low speed until just combined. Do not overmix.

4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Bake 20 to 23 minutes until bottoms turn light brown.
