What type of videos can you download onto a Sandisk Sansa?
I’ve recently gotten a sansa for christmas, but so far, all I can download onto it is music. I can’t save pictures or download videos. I checked the type of videos that were already included on the player, and they were MOV files. Is this the only type of video file that the Sansa can play? If so, where can i find them?
I’m assuming you have a Sansa Fuze since that’s the latest mp3 with video from Sandisk. If you happen to have the e200 series, it’s still the same. Anyway, the Fuze supports MPEG 1, AVI, dat, DVR-MS, MOV, QT, MP4, asf, wmv, 3gp/3gpp2, DivX(ver 6.0) video files.
You have to use Sansa Media Converter to transfer videos and pictures. Here’s instructions on how to use it and a download link.
