What should I get a new mom for Christmas?

My sister is due Christmas Eve, and this is her 1st baby. She’s asking for books and music for Christmas, but I don’t know how much she’ll have time to read or listen to music with the new baby. I was hoping to get some advice from other moms, was there something that was just for you (not for you and baby) that helped you keep some sanity during the 1st few months?

An hour a week, for a month, for her to shower or lounge or do whatever she wants. Volanteer your time (if you can) to watch the baby for her so she can just have some alone time.
