Patches on John Lennon’s Army Jacket?

I’m just wondering if someone knows all of the patches that were on the jacket.
I want to make a replica for my boyfriend for Christmas and while he would probably know this, I don’t want him finding out what I’m doing for him.
There are what, five patches? One is a US Army patch and then the two 3 stripe arm patches.
So I need to know what the one on the pocket is and what the one on the left sleeve is.

The shirt is a standard Korean War-era shirt I believe. I own a similar one (with its original owner’s insignia, not a replica of Lennon’s shirt). Left shoulder: Second Infantry Division. The stripes are Sergeant stripes, one on each sleeve. The name tape over the left breast pocket says “U.S. ARMY”, and over the right breast pocket it has the name “REINHARDT”. The patch on the right breast pocket itself is an Imjin Scout regiment patch.
