Change of lyrics for Hairspray Movie’s “You Can’t Stop the Beat?”?

My friends and I are performing “You Can’t Stop the Beat” from the movie Hairspray (4 singers, 1 pianist). Since there are 4 general parts, we have everyone singing the part that best fits their voice. But since one of the parts is for Edna Turnblad (John Travolta), and it says “You can’t stop my happiness ’cause I like the way I am./And you just can’t stop my knife and fork when I see a Christmas ham,” and one of the girls does not want to sing that in front of a thousand people (basically announcing that she is fat which she isn’t). Can anyone think of a change of lyrics that would be appropriate to the song, but not having to do with something a teenage girl wouldn’t sing about? Thanks.

Seriously. That makes no sense. Does she have a problem with singing “you can’t stop the river as it rushes to the sea” even though we’ve been damming rivers for thousands of years? Will she sing the line about not being able to stop the rain? I have an umbrella that does quite a good job of just exactly that. If she’s that completely insane that she can’t sing lyrics that aren’t 100% factually correct then she needs to quit performing altogether before her brain explodes when she has to sing “I’m A Little Teapot.”
