Can someone help me remember the name of a Christmas movie?

I’m sure it was on TV loads of times last Christmas or the Christmas before that. It was about a mother and her two girls, the girls names (I THINK) were Livvy and Angeline, they lost their home so they sneaked in to a department store and began living there. I’m sure the title of the film was the name of the department store but I can’t remember what it was.
Please don’t just reply with “I don’t know” just to get points, it’s not helpful.
