How do I work this Blackberry?!?

I actually have several questions. I just recieved my Blackberry curve as a late Christmas gift and I am still trying to figure a few things out so here goes:
1. Where can I get some free ringtones for the phone?
2. What is a MMS message?
3.Those two up and down buttons on the right hand side, can I make it so that they scroll up and down because as of right now they do nothing but change the volume
4. I downloaded Yahoo! Go onto the phone but it’s like frozen, it doesn’t work and I tried to take it off by hooking it up to my computer and removing it with the software but it doesnt work. How do I get rid of it?

1. I use crackberry- they have a bunch of free ringtones and it’s tooooo easy to get them!

2. like a text, but a picture or video message

3. in your options, it might be keyboard?, you can change what they do, so you can make them a little more useful than just for your volume.

4. YAHOO GO FROZE EVERYTHING. lol i hated it, buuut just keep trying to uninstall it, mine left after the first three tries, lol.
