Fb message to the guy i like for christmas?! What to say?!?

I saw him tonight and he kept hugging me and squeezing me and standing near me and eveything – I am 90% sure he likes me. At the end when I hugged everyone goodbye I walked out the door and he ran out after me calling my name, when I turned around he said murmurmering like ‘ erm, yeah, well, erm, theres something I wanted to ask you, erm’ – like that and when i asked what he just murmumed more and said ‘oh erm i forgot, nevermind.’
I dont know what he was going to ask me?! He looked like he was having an internal battle, anyway I left.
I want to leave him a message saying merry christmas, but how do i say it to let him know that I do like him, but not so forward though – im not that confident. What could be a nice message I could send him? Please any ideas what to say!? Thank you!!

It sounds like he was battling with his feelings as to whether to risk asking you out or not. It really does sound like it.
Um you could send him an email or something going “Happy Christmas! I was thinking a bit about last night and just wanted to say thanks. I had so much fun and really enjoyed spending time with you maybe we should meet up before new years? xxx” or something like that.
It’s not too much, but it lets him know that you are thinking about him on this day. You could perhaps add something in reference to his mystery question like “Maybe when we next meet up, you’ll be able to talk better and ask me whatever it was you wanted to yesterday..”
I guess that’s a lot more obvious, but if you’re feeling confident you can do that. Anyway I don’t see what there is to worry about, because it sounds like he does like you and you two would make a cute couple.
