Words cannot describe the depth of my love.

I knew the moment I held you, that my love was endless.

I knew it was my chosen task to be your protector.

I’ve watched you grow from that, ‘little sack o sugar’ to a beautiful young woman.

I thank god for bringing you into our lives.

They say; ‘children take up so much of your time’. Yes, time does seem to go faster.

But when I look back, it’s been filled with every second of you.

I can’t imagine what life would’ve been like without you in it.

As another Christmas has come and gone, I recall years ago the two of us putting you under the tree.

Watching how your eyes would sparkle, and your face with the look of awe on it.

I’ve watched your choice of Christmas gifts evolve. From dolls with accessories, to cell phones

and MP3 players.

Always on the go, always spending the night at a friends’ house. I miss you. My life has been wrapped

in every second of you. I cried your first day of kindergarten, even though it embarrassed you.

What can I say? You were there with me from day one until then.

Even though we have our disagreements, I wouldn’t trade any of our time for anything.

I’ve tried to teach you everthing I can, to keep you safe or that may be of help to you.

I want you to have a good life. Never forget to pray. Treat others the way you want to be treated,

and try to remember all I taught you.

Remember. No matter how big you get, you’ll always be my baby!

Is this a good poem?? (it is copyrighted alredy)?

The real meaning of christmas

Christmas isn’t such a
joyful day
It’s actually hard and
filled with pain
You know if your bad
you get coal
It’s just a day were
parents make you
be good
and when that jolly
fellow comes
down the chimney
Have you seen the dents
that fat old man makes
Toys are the best part of
christmas we all know that
but if your a girl and you
get a G.I.Joe and if your a boy a pink hat
You’d think santa needs to get his
eyes checked fast
when you hear tip-taps
of reigndeer children are
filled with cheer
but you know there is no fat
man and eight tiny deer
its just pa walking down the
steps in his steel toed boots
but the children think it’s
magic and they expect you do too
well i’ll stop ruining
your holiday joy
i just want you to remember that
you have been warned

It’s a little long…
