how do i create labels on my computer?

Iwant to write all my address onto labels to send out christmas cards and i don’t seem to be able to get 2 rows of labels. its driving me nuts the time Ive taken trying i could have hand written them!

The easiest way to do this is:
(This example considers that you are using Word 2003)

1.Start MS Word
2.Click the “Tools” menu
3.select “Letters and Mailings”
4.select “envelop and labels”
5.select the “labels” tab
6.click the “option” button
7.under label information, select the type of labels that you have / want to use. I find the best one to use is “Avery A4 and A5 sizes” then a scroll down to L7160 in the product number section.
8.Press “ok”
9.then click “new document” button.

What you will now have is a new document that has rows and columns to fit the Avery L7160 – A4 envelope which can be purchased from WHSmith for under £5.
