No religion for the white people?

i am a mutt of the UK (Scottish, Irish, english) and a bit of native american (Aps’aalooke) and everywhere i look i see all these other cultures doing sacred things and religious traditions that brings families closer. Well my direct family is technically christian but we really don’t celebrate anything other than all the commercial holidays (christmas, easter…etc.) but its not spiritual at all. Like we don’t actually believe in god, we don’t wear crosses, we don’t go to church. I feel that all this god and christ stuff is more commercialized now. Like you see it on TV, on buses, on your computer, everywhere! it just seems like christmas. People celebrate it without actually getting anything out of it in the long run. Does anyone else feel this way? Please explain your view thx.

Yup, you’re right. That’s what capitalism does, it turns everything into a commodity.
