We are all children of the MOst High, and He invites us all, through the Blood of Jesus Christ, to come near to Him in Covenant.
Of course, not all do. Many people are atheists. Many people are pagans. Many people are this, or that. But they are not in Covenant with the Lord through Jesus Christ.
When you are in Covenant with the Lord and come close to Him, you understand that you truly are a son of God.
But not all are. Remember that God destroyed the world with a flood, saving only Noah and his kin. The other people were exterminated.
