Christmas santa’s grotto decoration ideas?

Hi, I am helping plan a Christmas Party and we need ideas. We wanted to do a santa’s grotto theme. I also want to make one of them little houses with snow on top, paper mache reindeer, paper mache snowmen and paper mache elves. I would like to do the paper mache things life size. Would that be possible? and does any one have any ides for food,drinks, decorations ideas…ect.

You can make anything with paper mache. That is why it is so great. Just make sure you make it strong enough.
