Well before you get started, a few things you should know. The legal age for alcohol consumption in London is 18 years and almost all clubs require an admission fee. Depending on where you head to, you might have dress codes implemented on you and depending what kind of club or pub you’re after, a pint will cost anywhere from £2.50 and up. (Expect to pay more for the high end clubs though).

If you’re the kind who’s looking for clubs, the worlds most famous Ministry of Sound is located right here in London. 103 Gaunt Street, this club has been running for almost 10 years with its ever stylish club settings and long queues. Other clubs that are along this mass would be Fabric located on 77A Charterhouse Street, The End; located at 18A West Central Street. If any of these clubs are your fancy, be sure to head down a little earlier than you’d intend or be prepared to have to wait in line for quite awhile as these clubs are some of the most popular with both the locals and tourists alike.

If you are into the good old traditional pub scene, try George Inn located on 77 Borough High Street. This 17th century spot would definitely have you talking with its quirky sense of taste. If an old classic pub with a Victorian interior and beautiful hardwood floors sound good to you… The Salisbury will be one to please with its clear cut glass mirrors and traditional cask ales on tap. Located on 90 St Martines Lane, enjoy the daily specials of roast pork, chicken or beef as you relax with an ale in hand.

Looking for some style? Want something that looks so exclusive and modern? Try clubs like Annex3, a stylish cocktail bar with some of the dressiest cocktails and people to compliment them or Milk and Honey; a club that oozes mystery and stylish settings, all while keeping the evening as sophisticated as possible. Both can be found at 6 Little Portland Street and 61 Poland Street respectively. These are the clubs and bars that come with reservations’ and dress code though, as they try and set themselves apart in a class of their own.

okay I know that this question is out of season but its part of my DT course-work so sensible , honest answers pleaze.

I agree with the first post. Plus, everything in moderation. I’ve gone to cooking just the parts of the turkey that my family likes (1 breast and two thighs), rather than a whole turkey. For dessert I make it in individual ramekins, and only enough for one serving each. I say go for it, but watch your intake.
